"Amt" is German, [ I not sure but I think in USA a county, borough ? ] "Ambt" is Dutch, and means the same
Swarsenberg is the Dutch phonetic expression of the Swiss/German village of "Schwarzenberg" Republiek is dutch for Republic Berns is the city of BERN. (If Bern was in these days a Republic I don't know.)
